Conventional fire alarm systems rely on one or more circuits that are connected to sensors to signify a fire. With this system, a limited number of devices are wired on a circuit, which is then linked to the control panel. Devices are zoned, signalling the general location of a fire from the device to the control panel.

Fire alarm servicing and maintenance should be carried out every 6 months, as recommended in BS- 5839-1. Our team of professional fire alarm engineers will perform your scheduled service in line with current UK standards and fire regulations, ensuring that your system is legally compliant and covered for insurance purposes.

Evacuation Alert Systems are for use solely by the Fire Brigade when they attend a building following a fire alert. The evacuation system is used to tell people when to evacuate a building by controlling an alarm to create an evacuation alert floor by floor, instead of the entire building at once. In accordance with BS 8629: 2019, Evacuation Alert Systems are required in all new high-rise residential buildings over 18m in England.

We offer a wide range of monitoring solutions, to meet your business’s needs. Our monitoring services ensure that when a fire alarm is activated it sends a signal to a professionally monitored station which will take the necessary action in notifying the owner and the local fire brigade (if set up for Fire Brigade response).
